International conference

Within the framework of its international project, the Pasts in the Present cluster of excellence invites Prof. Jie-Hyun Lim, history professor, director of the Research Institute of Comparative History and Culture, Hanyang University (Séoul), for a conference. Its theme will be Victimhood Nationalism in Transnational Memories. It will take place on Thursday, June 5th, 2014, from 16:00 to 18:00, at the University Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense.

The conference will be presented by Ghislaine Glasson Deschaumes,  Pasts in the Present cluster Project leader.

It will be followed by a discussion presided and concluded by Marie-Claire Lavabre, senior researcher CNRS, director of the Institute for Social Sciences of Politics.

Both conference and discussion will be held in English.
