Archives of internationalist jurists, sources of law : for a social history of legal expertise
The project "Archives of internationalist jurists, sources of law : for a social history of legal expertise" is a new development of a prefiguration project realised in 2016 within the labex. The results confirmed the importance to build synergies between historians, jurists and sociologists of politics, and a heritage institution, the Contemporaine, in order to work on new writen and oral sources. This collaboration is dedicated to support the current historiographic turn and to elaborate on a social history of jurists of the contemporary period, particularly internationalist jurists, by focusing on 3 mains area of work : temporalities as referents of discourse, oral sources as "histoire faite corps" and creation of collection according to a multidisciplinary and transnational logic.
